Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister (FM) Kazem Gharibabadi announced that upcoming expert-level negotiations between Iran and the United States, scheduled for April 23, will take place in Muscat, Oman, with mediators in attendance.
Speaking before the Iranian Parliament's National Security Committee, Gharibabadi stated: “The technical experts’ meeting will be held in Muscat with the presence of mediators. The parties are currently working on establishing the principles for conducting the negotiations.”
He also emphasized that Iran maintains its right to enrich uranium, describing it as a red line for Tehran in any future discussions.
