Iran will resume direct flights between Tehran and Dubai from 30 June, marking a gradual recovery in regional air travel following weeks of disruption.

Iran's Civil Aviation Organization said regular schedules operated by Iranian airlines are expected to be fully restored by early July, while airlines and travel agencies have already reopened ticket bookings for passengers traveling between the two cities.

The resumption follows the reopening of regional airspace and a broader easing of tensions in the Gulf after recent diplomatic efforts helped reduce military escalation that had disrupted aviation routes across the Middle East.

In parallel, regional carriers, including Turkish airlines, have begun expanding services to Dubai and other Gulf destinations as flight operations normalize.

The announcement also coincides with the revival of trade flows between Iran and the United Arab Emirates through Jebel Ali Port, one of the region's largest transit hubs. Iranian and Emirati officials recently held talks on regional developments following the signing of a US-Iran memorandum of understanding.
