Internet monitoring service NetBlocks reported that Iran has experienced a nationwide internet disruption lasting more than 288 hours, extending into its 13th consecutive day.
In a post on the platform X, NetBlocks said the outage had exceeded twelve days of continuous disruption, marking one of the longest internet shutdowns recorded in the country in recent years.
Meanwhile, Iranian government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani stated on Tuesday that authorities had provided limited internet access to individuals responsible for publishing information about the situation in Iran amid the ongoing conflict with the United States and Israel.
The prolonged shutdown highlights increasing digital restrictions in Iran as tensions escalate, with authorities tightly controlling the flow of information during the crisis.
