Indian Prime President Narendra Modi invited Sunday, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to participate in the upcoming G 20 Summit in New Delhi.
On Sunday, President El Sisi received the Indian Prime Minister at El-Ittihadiya Palace. This visit is the first for the Prime Minister to Egypt.
The Spokesperson of the Presidency Ahmed Fahmy revealed that both leaders held summit talks, adding that they asserted the depth of the mutual ties between Egypt and India.
They also welcomed enhancing the bilateral ties in all fields, including increasing the mutual state visits between the senior officials of both countries.
During their talks, El Sisi and Modi exchanged different points of view regarding various common-interest issues.
On the Indian invitation to Egypt to participate in G 20 Summit, the Egyptian President expressed trusting the Indian Presidency of the Summit, reflecting Egypt's welcoming to cooperate with India for the summit.
