On the occasion of Eid-Al-Adha, Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi has conveyed his warmest greetings to President of Egypt, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the people of Egypt.
In his message, Prime Minister Modi has also conveyed his gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality accorded to him by Egyptian side during his recently concluded first ever State Visit to Egypt.
Modi has described his visit to Egypt as memorable. He has expressed happiness over signing of ‘Strategic Partnership’ between the two countries during his visit. Modi fondly reminisced his meetings with ‘India Unit’ in the Egyptian Cabinet. For PM Modi, the ‘Order of the Nile’, bestowed on him by President Sisi during the visit, will serve as a symbol of friendship between the two countries.
Modi has expressed confidence that these regular political exchanges at the highest level will help strengthen India – Egypt partnership in a range of areas.
