Indian Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi held a phone conversation with US President Joe Biden regarding the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the recent unrest in Bangladesh.
As reported by the Hindustan Times, Modi shared on social media platform X: "I had a detailed exchange of views today with U.S. President Joe Biden on various regional and global issues, including the situation in Ukraine."
Modi further stated, "I reiterated India's full support for the early return of peace and stability."
The Indian PM also mentioned that they discussed the situation in Bangladesh, emphasizing the need to restore normalcy as soon as possible and ensuring the safety and security of minorities in Bangladesh, particularly the Hindu community.
