India on Sunday summoned the Swiss ambassador and lodged a protest over the issue of "malicious anti-India" posters in front of the UN building in Switzerland's Geneva, Indian media reported, citing official sources.
The Indian channel "NDTV" reported today (Sunday) that the Swiss ambassador assured the Indian Ministry of External Affairs that he would convey India's concerns to his country.
He also pointed out that the posters in Geneva are part of the space available to all, but they do not in any way support allegations and do not reflect the position of the Swiss government.
