India PM Receives 2nd Dose of Coronavirus Vaccine

India's Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi received on Thursday the 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine at a medical center in New Delhi.

"Vaccination is among the few ways we have, to defeat the virus," Modi tweeted after getting his shot.

The Indian PM took his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on March 1.

The country has so far recorded 1,29,28,574 Coronavirus cases, according to the data updated by the Union Health Ministry.

India is now the third-most affected globally, behind the United States and Brazil.
