India Offers Ph.D. Scholarships to Egyptian Students

100 scholarships for Egyptian students

For the second time in a row, the Indian Institute of Technology (IITD) offers several scholarships including opportunities for Egyptian students to complete their graduate studies abroad by awarding 60 PhDs. annually with the possibility of increasing this number in the future.

The institute provides opportunities for Egyptian students to join the ITT Bombay Ph.D. program, which can last up to 5 years, during which the student is committed to teaching or providing research assistance up to 8 hours per week.

IIT Delhi also offers scholarships, in various fields, for up to 100 Egyptian PhDs. Students, with tuition fees similar to those for Indian citizens.

Moreover, the university confirms the possibility of joining the International Ph.D. Fellowship Programme (IPFP).

It is worth mentioning that the General Administration for Missions and Academic Supervision does not incur any expenditure for these programs.
