Within the framework of the national role played by EgyptAir during its participation in the World Youth Forum (WYF) held in Sharm El-Sheikh from 10 to 13 January, the National Company’s pavilion witnessed a large turnout of participants.
Since the start of the WYF, hundreds have been heading to the EgyptAir pavilion to get acquainted with the various services provided by the national company. Hundreds of passengers rescheduled their flights in coordination with the Karnak tourism sector.
EgyptAir launched a promotional campaign as the official carrier of the World Youth Forum by placing the logo onboard the planes of the national company, EgyptAir, and on all seats of the company’s international and domestic flights, as well as placing advertising posters on the equipment and cars of EgyptAir for ground services.
"7200 tickets have been reviewed upon requests of the WYF's participants," said a source at the EgyptAir pavilion.
He added that the pavilion embraced 170 staff members to facilitate the reservations, rescheduling and reviewing the flights free of charge for all the forum’s participants. The pavilion was open daily from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. to help Egyptians and foreigners take part in the forum.
The WYF2021 was held under the patronage and presence of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
