Egypt’s Interior Ministry has put final touches of Eid Al-Adha's security plan to secure citizens’ celebrations and vital facilities during Eid days across all of the country’s governorates.
The plan to secure citizens during Eid al-Adha celebrations includes intensified deployment of police personnel in roads and squares, as well as ensuring that shops, malls, restaurants, and recreational areas are abiding by the closing times and taking all anti-coronavirus precautionary measures.
It is worth mentioning that, Eid Al-Adha is the second Islamic feast and the most important one which is celebrated by Muslims around the world annually. Muslims sacrifice animals such as lambs, goats, and cows.
Egypt’s Dar Al Ifta has announced that Tuesday, July 20 will mark the 1st day of Eid al Adha.
On this occasion, the Egyptian Dar Al Ifta congratulated the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Arab world’s leaders, wishing the Islamic world all the blessings and peace.
Earlier, Egypt’s Endowments Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa announced that the upcoming Eid al-Adha prayers will take place at major mosques where only Friday prayers are held.
