In Pics: Hanady Mehanna Breaks down in Mother-in-Law Funeral

Egyptian actress Hanady Mehanna broke down during the funeral of her mother-in-law, Hala Zain, at the Mosque of Amr ibn al-As Saturday afternoon.

Zain, the mother of the artist Ahmed Khaled Saleh, died this morning following a struggle with the coronavirus.

Saleh had shared a picture of him with his mother through his account on Instagram after she contracted the virus, asking his followers to pray for her speedy recovery.

Mehanna wrote in a story on her Instagram account, saying: “Your prayers to my father, mother, and mother-in-law, and every patient to have a speedy recovery. Praying can change destiny. Intensify your prayers, please.”

The Egyptian artists did not attend the funeral, as it was limited to the family and close friends.
