The funeral prayer was held after Dhuhr (noon prayers) at Al-Musheer Mosque in the New Cairo district.
It's worth mentioning that the remarkable actress passed away at 61 due to coronavirus complications and other health problems, according to her family.
Aziz was well known for her Televison works, such as Demou Sahibat El-Galalah, Abadan Lam Yakoun Laha, and Ya Rab Walad.
In the 1980s, Abdel-Aziz was married to renowned comedian Samir Ghanem, who also died due to coronavirus complications in May.
