In memory of Fouad Khalil "Satamone"

CAIRO, JULY 19 (SEE) Egyptian artist Fouad Khalil was born on July 19, 1940, famous for presenting comedy roles in many cinematic and theatrical works.

He began his acting journey at the age of 11, where he formed an acting team with some childhood friends, including actor Mohy Ismail.

He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry in 1961. His first appearance was in "Souq El-Asr" play in 1968, and quite his acting career in 2004 for health issues.

Audience nicknamed him "Satamone" After his role in the movie "Al-Kif" with Egyptian star Mahmoud Abdel Aziz.

Khalil's Filmography includes movies like (Hobak Nar, Saye'a Bahr, Ayez Hakki, Thieves in KinderGarten 2, Red Agenda, Abu Khatwa, Ga'ana Al Bayan AlTaly, Fethia and Mercedes, Al-Kif, El Beda wel Hagar, Al Nasab)

He died on Monday, 9 April 2012 at the age of 72 after a long struggle with the disease.
