“TV BRICS is consistently fulfilling its mission. Together with partners in different countries, we are creating a unified BRICS information space and offering international audiences objective, in-depth media content on the humanitarian and trade and economic activities of the member states and partners of the group. In 2025, the editorial policy was shaped with a focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the provisions of the final declaration of the 17th BRICS Summit in Rio de Janeiro. The TV BRICS portal and 24-hour television channels are becoming a new centre of media diplomacy. We invite states to speak about their domestic and foreign policy through the voices of national media and, on the other hand, provide them with the same unique, authentic information from other countries. TV BRICS is a space of trust where international dialogue is formed through the media, diplomatic relations are strengthened, interstate projects are implemented, and professional communication among expert communities develops. In 2026, we aim to expand the range of interaction with existing partners in mass communications, the public sector, culture, cinema, and education. For example, we are planning interesting television projects with colleagues from Venezuela, India, Iran, Egypt, and China. We will strengthen cooperation with the Middle East and ASEAN countries,” said CEO of TV BRICS Janna Tolstikova.
TV BRICS provided media support for the 17th BRICS Summit in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and the G20 Summit in Johannesburg (South Africa), organising special broadcast programming on its television channels during the high-level meetings and accordingly highlighting the BRICS & G20 online project.
