Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in a statement today, Thursday, that Grossi plans to visit the Russian city of "Kaliningrad", where he will meet with Alexey Likhachev, the director of the Russian Atomic Energy Agency.
It is noteworthy that a delegation from the IAEA visited the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant last Thursday.
Since March 2022, the Zaporizhia nuclear plant has been under the control of Russian forces.
