Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi, will visit Moscow on Wednesday, according to Russian state-controlled RIA Novosti agency.
The official did not give further details about the visit, which comes days after Grossi's visit to the Ukrainian Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), which is under Russian control.
It is worth mentioing that, Russia's representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, affirmed Moscow's support for Grossi's efforts, aimed at protecting security at Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), which must be protected from any attack.
Earlier IAEA Chief confirmed during his recent visit to Zaporizhzhia NPP that there are no offensive weapons in it and that no offensive weapons are planned to be deployed there.
Moreover, The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said that the situation at the Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is 'very alarming'.
It also called for the establishment of a safe zone around the Zaporizhzhia NPP.
On the other hand, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov Tuesdon Tuesday, that the Arab countries, despite facing strong pressure from the West, have taken a balanced position on the situation in Ukraine.
