Hotels of Hurghada started their final preparations for the Christmas season.
In the same context, Hurghada witnessed a slight rise in the number of Polish, Ukrainian, and Belarusian tourists despite the COVID-19 second-wave outbreak in Europe.
Furthermore, it is expected that Hurghada would witness a higher percentage of visits amid the Christmas celebrations and mid-year breaks in Egypt.
This will encourage Egyptians who would like to enjoy the warm Egyptian beaches to visit the Egyptian touristic destinations.
Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Dr. Khaled El Enani previously announced that Egypt received 500 thousand tourists in 5 months since the reopening of resorts and archaeological destinations last July according to Akhbar El Youm.
He underscored that all touristic and archaeological destinations in Egypt strictly follow the measures of protection against the COVID-19.
