Hungarian Foreign Minister (FM) Péter Szijjártó has said that he is looking forward to meeting Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, on the sidelines of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
In press remarks, the Hungaarian minister stressed the importance of maintaining dialogue, saying that he would meet with his Iranian and Russian counterparts at UNGA next week.
On Friday, Szijjártó participated in a conference in Münster, Germany, to mark the end of the Thirty Years' War.
He said that Budapest remains committed to expanding the Abraham Accords, which aim to normalize relations between Israel and a number of Arab countries, and is ready to participate in expanding this process.
