Manal El Attar, the first certified laughter yoga instructor in Egypt, advises everyone to welcome troubles time with a a tooth-full grin.
After studying laughter yoga in India on the hands of its founder Dr. Madan Kataria, El Attar returned with her beneficial knowledge to train both her nationals and middle eastern neighbors.
Laughing without any reason, is the core principle of this unique yoga type. No need for humor, jokes or watching comedies.
Why is is called laughter yoga?
The reason is simple. It combines laughter exercises whilst doing yoga breathings. This brings in more oxygen to the body, boasting energy.

Based on the scientific fact that human bodies do not extinguish fake and real giggles, this activity bids to bring physiological and psychological benefits to its practitioners.
