The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Friday.
Moderate on the northern coasts, very hot on southern Sinai and the south of the country.
It is also foreseen that moderate weather will prevail in the Northern coasts, and extremely hot weather to prevail in South Sinai and the South of the country.
Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, predicted winds will occur occasionally in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
There are chances of light rain hitting intermittently in South Sinai.
It is also foreseen that pleasant weather will prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and Northern coasts, at night.
Moderate weather is also predicted to prevail in South Sinai and the South of the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 34C in Cairo, 27C in Alexandria, 26C in Marsa Matruh, 38C in Sohag, 40C in Qena, and 41C in Aswan.
