Hong Jin Wook, South Korea's Ambassador to Egypt tweeted on similarities between traditional Egyptian foods of the Holy Month of Ramadan and those foods distinguish traditional festivals in his country.
The ambassador calls his followers on social media websites to watch the video clip of a number of Egyptian and Korean foods and search for aspects of similarities between them.

The clip shows that despite the wide distance between the two countries, there are some aspects of similarities liked to the culture of food and participation of the family and relatives.
The ambassador experienced fasting on the first day of Ramadan and expressed his happiness at this exciting experiment.
He said he was glad at the gathering of the Egyptian families to have breakfast meal (Iftar) and the spirit of solidarity and affability that prevails the holy month.
