Hometown Reveals Details on Its Largest Project ‘Lafayette Mall”

Hometown Developments Real-estate Company has announced its largest commercial project "Lafayette Mall" inside the new administrative capital.

The company declared that the contracting starts from next Thursday, 2-7-2020.

With the announcement of the availability of the reservation last month, the project witnessed a great turnout from a wide segment of customers for reservations thanks to the unique and strategic location of the project inside the capital.

On the details of the project, Diaa Al-Din Farag, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hometown Developments Real-estate Company, said that "Lafayette Mall" is the first commercial project to be launched in the new administrative capital, in the "Downtown" district which is one of the most important commercial and investment areas.

"Lafayette" mall is built on a special and highly distinguished investment and strategic location, it overlooks Al Masa Hotel and is located next to the banks complex, the presidential area, the ministries complex, the new museum, the cathedral, the green river, and the towers area. Moreover, it is located near the central monorail station and the electric train, the station that links the capital with the stations of Nasr City, Heliopolis, The 5th Settlement, the tenth of Ramadan and the city of Obour.

Farag also stressed that "Lafayette Mall" will be distinguished by its unique and global design, it will have entertainment means that isn’t available in any commercial mall in Egypt in order to meet the desires of investors.

Meanwhile, Sameh Awad, Director of the Commercial Sector in the company, said that the Mall is built on 23000 square meters, with a total of 42,000 buildings. The project will be finalized and completed within 3 years, while the contracting date will be announced next July.

On the other hand, "Ahmed Mustafa," director of sales department said that the "Lafayette Mall" project is a surprise from the company to its customers in the commercial sector in the real estate market . He stated that the project will be implemented and designed according to the latest international models while its services will be available 24 hours.
