The high-level meeting, titled "Implementing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the European Union and Egypt: Accelerating Strategic Investment and the Transformation to Industrialization and Innovation," kicked off this Wednesday afternoon at the European Commission headquarters in Brussels.
The meeting will be attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Dr. Badr Abdel Aty, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Hassan El Khatib, Minister of Planning, International Cooperation, and Economic Empowerment Rania Al-Mashat, and European Commissioner for the Mediterranean Dubravka Suica.
This meeting comes 19 months after the launch of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the European Union and Egypt.
