The Lebanese group Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for an air strike targeting the Israeli settlement of Kiryat Shmona, launching thirty Katyusha rockets at Kafr Chouba in a show of solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Hezbollah stated that this barrage was a retaliation for the Israeli air strikes conducted against southern Lebanon earlier today, which resulted in the deaths of three individuals, including a child.

In a statement released on Tuesday evening, Hezbollah declared that its military actions against the occupying state were in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in backing of their noble resistance. This move was also a response to the Israeli aggressions against southern Lebanese villages.

Lebanese media have reported the deaths of a man, his wife, and their son in an Israeli strike targeting the areas of Kafr Shouba and Al-Khiam in southern Lebanon.

In related developments, Osama Hamdan, a leader within the Palestinian Resistance Movement Hamas, stated that the factions have outlined their vision in the past two days, reaffirming their conditions for a ceasefire.

Hamdan emphasized the necessity of a ceasefire, complete withdrawal, and the return of displaced persons, accusing Israel of continuing to employ tactics of delay in responding to initiatives aimed at halting the aggression.

He further asserted that any prisoner exchange could only occur after a ceasefire and the fulfillment of all the resistance's conditions, stressing that the Palestinian people would not accept any agreement that does not include a ceasefire and the lifting of the blockade.

Hamdan has called upon Arab and Islamic nations to take serious action to stop the genocide and urged the international community to exert effective pressure for the opening of crossings and the entry of aid.
