The Lebanese Hezbollah announced the bombing of the colony of the town of Kiryat Shmona in northern Palestine with several Grad missiles, in response to an Israeli bombing targeting southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah stated that the Israeli strike that led to the death of a Lebanese woman three young girls and her grandchildren was a heinous crime.

The statement of the Lebanese party explained that "the bombing came in response to this brutal crime committed by Israel."

Lebanese media reported that 4 civilians, including 3 children, were killed as a result of the Israeli army targeting their car near the town of Ainata in southern Lebanon.

The media revealed that two cars were driving behind each other, the first driven by journalist Samir Abdel Hussein Ayoub, and behind him a car driven by the citizen Hoda Abdel Nabi Hegazy (the journalist's niece), accompanied by her mother and three children, when they were subjected to a raid from an enemy march."
