Touma confirmed in an exclusive statement to the English website "Sada El Balad": "Access to the northern Gaza area is very difficult due to the continuous bombing,".
"The continuous bombing prevents aid from reaching the people who need it," she added.
She pointed out that schools and United Nations facilities in Gaza have often become targets of Israeli occupation bombing.
