This vegetable soup is like medicine for stomach! You can eat this soup day and night! Healthy and teasty
Ingredients
For the Soup:
1 onion, chopped
Olive oil
2 leeks, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 carrot, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 zucchini, diced
2 potatoes, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 chili pepper, minced (optional, for spice)
Method
Put olive oil in a saucepan and add the onions and leeks, stirring continuously until the aromas are released.
Add the ingredients one by one, starting with the carrots, then the potatoes, stirring quickly, then the zucchini and garlic, until you reach the peppers.
Add a liter of soup or a liter of water, adding a dry stock cube. Before boiling, add the celery.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
