Dr. Zahi Hawass, an Egyptian archaeologist, said that there is a new discovery in the Valley of the Kings area in Luxor, and the excavations will be completed during the coming period.
Hawass added during a conference to announce the details of the opening of the Ramses and the Gold of the Pharaohs exhibition in Australia, which is held at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat, that the they found two tombs: Tomb No. 65, which is a tomb in which the tools used in building tombs were buried, and the second tomb bears No. 66, which was empty and there was nothing inside it.
Hawass pointed out that the Egyptian archaeological mission also carried out excavations in the tomb of Ramses II in the Valley of the Kings, and these excavations will uncover many ancient Egyptian secrets.
