The Pharaohs had the upper hand in the first half, going to the locker room with a comfortable 12-9 advantage, with Yehia El-Deraa and Mohamed Sand stealing the show.
The hosts failed to maintain their advantage in the second half as they suffered a 23-24 defeat to rank second in their group.
Egyptian Player Mohamed Sand was named the best player of the match.
