Spain's handball national team claimed on Sunday the bronze medal of the 2021 IHF Men’s World Championship after defeating France 35-29.
The match took place at Cairo Stadium Sports hall in Cairo, Egypt.
The Spanish team dominated the first half as they defeated France, before entering the looker room with 16-13 win.
They also resumed their supremacy to the game in the second half to end the match with six goals difference.
It is the second time for Spain to claim this medal in their history as they achieved it in 2011.
