North Macedonia qualified for the main round of the 2021 World Men's Handball Championship after defeating Chile 32-29.
After two straight losses earlier in the preliminary stage, North Macedonia managed to survive and finished third in Group G, claiming a berth in the main round.
For Chile, it was the third defeat in three games, and the bottom-placed South American team will now play in the President’s Cup.
Chile had the upper hand in the first half with a 17-16 win.
