'Halan' app is the first online application to offer tuk-tuk and motorcycle rides with affordable prices; the project was first established in 2017.
The professional drivers hold an official driving licence approved by the Ministry of Interior.
This app provides safety for its customers unlike the usual tuk-tuk that children and anonymous people drive with no licence.
Drivers are not allowed to play loud music or 'mahraganat' during the ride in addition to a limited speed measuring 40km/ hour
Moreover, clients can send a message or an email to the company to report a certain issue and they will get a reply immediately.
The service is available in 6 governments including: Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Luxor, Qaliobya, Minya and El Qanater El Khayreya.
