UAE's Lunar Mission Delayed to Tomorrow

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced delaying the launching of the first Arab lunar mission by a day, on Wednesday.

Rashid Rover was scheduled to launch today, however, SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket that is supposed to carry Rashid rover was pushed back until tomorrow.

SpaceX tweeted that the postponement was “to allow for additional pre-flight checkouts.”

The launch streaming appeared to be scheduled on the official platform of SpaceX, and Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center tweeted that the rocket with the rover is ready to launch in Florida. However, it was delayed to tomorrow.

The space center added a new launch date that was set for the UAE Lunar Mission on December 1 at 12:37 PM (UAE time).
