Guardian: Putin Hints at Possibility of Peaceful Settlement to Ukraine War

An article published by the British newspaper "The Guardian" highlighted the statements of Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which he hinted at the possibility of reaching a peaceful settlement to the war currently raging in Ukraine as a result of the Russian military operation that began in late February.

The article added that the Russian President announced at the same time the continuation of the military operation in Ukraine as planned, stressing that there are no problems that impede the continuation of that operation.

During a press conference on the sidelines of the Eurasian Economic Union summit in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, the Russian President said that reaching a peaceful settlement to the current conflict in Ukraine will not be easy and will take a lot of time, explaining at the same time the need for all parties participating in that settlement to recognize the facts that formed in reality.
