Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 5 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup strong brewed green tea (4 tea bags)
- 1/3 cup ginger juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Honey to taste (optional)
Directions:
1. Pour water in saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on top. Let bloom 5 mins
2. Brew tea with 4 bags, measure 1/2 cup strong tea
3. Add tea, ginger & lemon juice to gelatin. Heat on low until dissolved (don't boil)
4. Sweeten with honey if desired
5. Pour into silicone molds or greased dish
6. Refrigerate 2+ hours until firm
7. Pop from molds or cut into squares
8. Store airtight in fridge (1 week)
