Greek Prime Minister (PM) Kyriakos Mitsotakis said on Monday that the war crimes that have taken place in Ukraine "must be punished under international law."
In press remarks, Mitsotakis added that he "unreservedly condemns" Russian military operation in Ukraine.
He said that Greece not only supported sanctions against Moscow despite their negative impact on its economy, but actively defended its integration with the European Union (EU) with delegations in Athens signing an agreement outlining Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic views.
