The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts warm weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Thursday.
Moderately hot weather is also predicted to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, Canal Cities, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height varying between southeasterly to northwesterly surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to turbulent, ranging between 2 and 2.5 meters in height with northeastern surface winds.
Moreover, cold weather is also expected to prevail in most parts of the country, at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 22°C in Cairo, 22°C in Alexandria, 20°C in Marsa Matruh, 27°C in Sohag, 28°C in Qena, and 29°C in Aswan.
