The world's largest search engine "Google" has decided to temporarily close all its offices in China because of the outbreak of the Coronavirus.
China announced on Thursday that the death toll from the Coronavirus has risen to 170 till now, and the total number of infection cases in the country has reached 7711.
Earlier today, China Anti-Corruption watch-dog announced that it will severely punish any official who fails to do his job in fighting the new Coronavirus, which is spreading across the country.
Moreover, The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) said on its website that anyone who does not effectively implement President Xi Jinping's instructions in the battle against the virus will be punished.
It added that it would also punish those who neglect their duty and misuse rescue funds and materials.
On his part, US President Donald Trump has announced the creation of a "special unit" to tackle the Coronavirus.
According to a statement issued by the White House, Minister of Health and Human Services Alex Azar will head the unit, in coordination with the US National Security Council.
The unit will include health experts along with government agencies in the United States, in addition to a number of specialists in infectious diseases.
On the other hand, Sudan suspects that two of its citizens who returned to the country from China are infected with the new coronavirus, the information minister told Reuters.
One of the pair, a man and a woman, had been in the region of the Chinese city of Wuhan, the epicenter of the virus, Said Faisal Saleh.
Both are under medical check ups.
It is worth mentioning that, Emirati Ministry of Health has announced the first case of the Coronavirus in UAE, in members of a family, coming from the Chinese city of Wuhan, according to the state official news agency “WAM”.
The coronavirus cases were reported in a number of countries (such as Japan, France, the United States, and others), while the Arab countries confirmed that they were free of the virus.
