Google Chrome will let users take notes directly on the websites they visit, media outlets reported.

Platforms such as; Pocket and Evernote allow multi-device sync, and users can even make notes when they save web pages. Source at Google stated that this feature will be offered by default on Chrome and extended beyond notes for saved passwords.

In May, Google introduced new features for Chromebooks to make it easier for its users to take notes among other things.

The new features will make it easy for users to capture, edit and organize handwritten notes on their Chromebook. They can also sketch out drawings, or paste images within notes.

“In the coming months we’ll also introduce features for more personalization, like more easily changing the thickness, style, and color of the stylus stroke,” said Google in a blog post.

Google was now allowing users to control the size of the magnified portion of the screen. “You can make it larger if you want to see more zoomed-in content, or smaller if you want to see more of the standard screen. You can adapt it to fit your preferences, or adjust based on the content you’re looking at,” the company added.
