Gold Prices Stabilize, 21-Karat Records EGP 986

Gold prices stabilized in domestic markets on Wednesday due to the stable performance of the gold ounces in world markets, recording $ 1720.

Gold markets still look forward to the outings of today and tomorrow's meeting of the US Federal Reserve Board about the rates of interest.

Abdel Aal Salima, the Deputy Head of the Gold Division at Kafr El Sheikh's Chamber of Commerce, said that 21-karat hit EGP 986, while 24-karat reached EGP 1127.

In the same context, 18-karat was sold at EGP 845, and 14-karat was estimated at EGP 658.

Finally, the gold pound recorded EGP 7888.
