Gold Prices Plunge EGP 11

CAIRO, Feb. 24(SEE)- The price of gold plunged between EGP 1-11 during Sunday's trading, compared to last Thursday.

The secretary of the gold pision at the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC) Nady Naguib said that the price of 18 karats recorded EGP 556 per gram instead of EGP 555 per gram last Thursday.

He added that the price of 21 karats recorded EGP 649 per gram instead of EGP 650 per gram.

On the price of the 24 karats, it recorded EGP 741 per gram after reporting EGP 752 last week.

He noted that the price of the 8g golden coin reported EGP 5,192 instead of EGP 5,204.
