International designer Azza Fahmy attended the graduation ceremony of the students of the Young Craftsmen project in the field of jewelry manufacturing.
The training program is implemented in partnership between the Azza Fahmy Foundation for the Development of Handicraft Industries and the Drosos Foundation.
Meanwhile, the project aims to secure grants to revive and develop traditional techniques in the jewelry industry by training young men and women in the art of making jewelry.
The training process of the Cairo Students Program included the stages of setting stones within the art and techniques of installing stones using a microscope in the jewelry industry.
Students also get to know about the techniques of the glittering stage, which is the art of chain making with different methods, and some different craft tactics to enhance the profession.
