Libya Reporter Hind Ammar was kidnapped on Wednesday by a militia group called Tripoli Revolutionaries Brigade, according to media sources.
The Tripoli Revolutionaries Brigade is a militia affiliated to the Government o National Accord (GNA) in Libya.
Ammar was kidnapped from her home in front of her husband, who was beaten and insulted in one of the central neighborhoods of Tripoli.
Sources said that she was kidnapped because of her new job assigned by Mohammed Baio, Head of the Libyan Media Foundation, which is responsible for managing the talk show programs of the Libyan National Channel.
