Thousands of users were unable to access several Microsoft programs on Saturday afternoon, according to reports.
The Microsoft 365 Status account said in a post on the X platform: “We are investigating an issue where users are unable to access Outlook features and services.” It added that “additional details can be found under the code MO1020913 in the admin center.”
The number of reports of downtime for services such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure increased after 3:30 p.m.
More than 37,000 people reported an Outlook outage, and nearly 24,000 reported an outage for the US tech giant’s Office 365 service, according to Downdetector, while nearly 150 users reported their Teams video conferencing accounts were down.
60% of issues were related to server connectivity, 22% to the website, and 18% to the app, according to DownDetector.
