"Glee" Co-stars Remember Naya Rivera on Her 1-Year Death Anniversary

One year after the tragic death of American actress-singer Naya Rivera, her "Glee" cast members took to social media to remember her on the one-year anniversary of her death.

Heather Morris, Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale, Matthew Morrison, and Chris Colfer all posted warm online memories of the kind girl they knew.

The former "Glee" star was declared a missing person after her four-year-old son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, was found alone in Rivera's rented boat at Lake Piru. Rivera had been visiting the lake for years and was considered a strong swimmer.

Authorities stated that Josey was discovered asleep and alone in a life vest on the drifting pontoon boat about three hours after they launched a five-day search that ended with the discovery of her body near the surface.

Rivera's body was finally discovered at Lake Piru in California, on July 13, 2020 — the same day her former Glee co-star Cory Monteith died seven years ago.
