Giannis Antetokounmpo scored as many as 50 points, 14 rebounds and five blocks to lead Milwaukee to a 105-98 victory over the visiting Phoenix Suns in Game Six of the NBA Finals, giving the Bucks their second title and their first in 50 years.
Antetokounmpo scored 33 of his 50 points in the second half, bringing Milwaukee Bucks back from a first-half and refusing to miss this chance to win the championship at their home.
Over and over, the Bucks star tore through Phoenix's defence, making one free throw after another, going 17 for 19 for the game, after his issues on the line became a story.

A measure designed by John Hollinger to summarize box score stats that Antetokounmpo's 42.0 score on Tuesday was the best of his playoff career by a wide margin, compared to his previous high of 37.4 in Game 3.
He managed to make his first of four consecutive wins after losing the first two contests in Phoenix. His 50 points came from 34 scoring chances, with 25 shot attempts and nine trips to the free-throw line, which translates to 0.735 real shot percentages.
Antetokounmpo performance even surpassed Michael Jordan's performances. The game ranked sixth out of 66 games in which a player managed to score at least 40 points in the Finals.
