Farida El Shobashi, a member of the Culture and Information Committee in the House of Representatives, shared Friday an update about the current health condition of famed Egyptian actor Khaled El Nabawy.
In a press statement, El Shobashi stated that El Nabawy contracted the Coronavirus and is hospitalized, adding that his health condition is constantly improving.
The actor's wife Mona El Maghraby, announced Friday on Facebook that he suffered from a sudden health crisis, without giving any further details, just asked for prayers for him.
The actor was hospitalized last year after suffering a sudden health deterioration in the gym and underwent an angioplasty later on.
