Sky lovers will have a heavy February schedule for observing the expected phenomena that will take place this month.
The first event will occur on February 13, and it will be a conjunction between the moon and Gemini's Pollux.
It will be visible in Egypt by the naked eye, or by small telescopes. The phenomenon will last between the night and the twilight.
On the following day, the moon will conjunct with Cancer's Beehive Cluster star system from the early hours of the night to the twilight, however, watching this event will need a telescope.
The full moon of February, the Snow moon, can be watched between February 15 and 17, and it will brighten with 99.8%. Mercury's elongation will take place on February 16 as well. Five in the morning will be the time to observe it by the naked eye.
Conjunction between Mars and the Moon will be watched on February 27 and it will be at 4 in the morning.
On the following day, there will be a conjunction between the moon and Mercury, but it will be hard to be watched.
