The German newspaper " Bild" reported that Berlin had halved the list of weapons and military equipment that it was considering offering to Ukraine.
The newspaper said it had seen a document, indicating that the list of weapons and equipment originally requested by Ukraine had been reduced from 48 pages to 24 pages.
Of the 15 types of weapons requested by Kyiv, only 3 items remained on the list, concerning a possible alternative, according to the newspaper.
All heavy weapons ordered by Kyiv were removed from the list, the report said.
"Bild" added that the amendments were introduced at the initiative of the office of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, while German military industries companies expressed their willingness to provide many of the materials that were deleted, in the short and medium-term.
